Apprentice in Sugarcraft

Need a Cake is looking for a junior apprentice who will be required to have a keen interest in sugarcraft and able to work independently on tasks they have been taught.
They will gain certificated qualifications in all aspects of sugarcraft including PME Module 1, 2, 3 and Wilton 1, 2, 3 as well as their hygiene certificate.
This is a 2 year apprenticeship; a plan will be given to the junior apprentice so they have aims that they can work towards. There will be a trial period given to the successful candidate. “Applicant must have a good telephone manner and communication skills, work with minimum supervision and be self motivated. Applicants do not require previous experience.
Applicants should have a responsible attitude and be willing to work in a busy Sugarcraft Specialist shop environment with a flexible approach to work.
