This will include levelling and filling a sponge

Marzipan and Ice a Fruit
Cake - Dawn

Provide a small round fruit cake and we will
teach you how to cover it in both
Marzipan and icing and decorated with a drape or
a bow and a simple
unwired flower for the top. You will need to

first night. We now certificate all our own courses just so you

a qualification certificate.
