Module 3 Royal Icing and piping includes
Basic techniques, coating templates and scroll borders, Run out/colour flow, collars and motif, extension borders and lace design, brush embroidery, cake balance and multi tier cakes, packaging, transport and delivery costs, pricing guide line, delivery charges, assembly and presentation. Students will be required to have their own Equipment and there will be costs throughout the course.
