PME Professional Diploma Course.
Module 1 Sugar paste includes
Basic Techniques Coating, crimping and Embossing Fabric effects, textured drapes, frills, ribbons, bows and sugar embroidery. Modelling fun figures. Textures, inlay, and appliqué. Stacked Cakes, Design and Handling. Design celebration cakes and colour Balance. Basic Business Guidelines. Copyright and license.
Students will be required to have their own Equipment and there will be costs throughout the course.
This is a 25 hour course and is spread over 8 weeks.
Each Module is a completely separate course and it is not essential to complete all Three modules.
The Masters Certificate will only be awarded as and when all Three Modules have been completed.
