You will need to purchase course kit 1 for this course £22.99 and you will find there will be some other purchase throughout the course some of which are optional, some are essential to complete the course but all will go on to be used in Wilton 2 if you opt to do that course. This course includes, coating a cake in frosting, Piped roses, writing and piping techniques.
Extras not in kit but required include the following, meringue powder, piping gel, flower lifter.
